Pocket Club Sandwiches
- 3 pita bread rounds, cut in half
- 6 ounces ham, thinly sliced
- 6 ounces provolone cheese slices
- 6 ounces Cheddar cheese slices
- 1 jar Crosse & Blackwell® Chow Chow Piccalilli Mustard & Pickle Relish
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 6 thin slices red onion
- Assorted sprouts
- FILL each pita half with 1 ounce ham and 1 ounce of each cheese. Spread with chow chow and mayonnaise. Add red onion and sprouts. Serve immediately.
- For a vegetarian sandwich, omit the ham.
