- 2 tablespoons Crosse & Blackwell® Capers, rinsed and drained
- 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
- 6 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup light cream
- 3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chopped kalamata olives
- HEAT oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients in large bowl, blend well and pour into pie crust. Bake 30 minutes or until filling is set and crust is lightly brown.
