Mincemeat Baked Apples


  • 6 medium Granny Smith apples, cored
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 1 cup Crosse & Blackwell® Mincemeat Filling & Topping
    or 1 cup Crosse & Blackwell® Rum & Brandy Mincemeat Filling & Topping
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • Vanilla ice cream


  1. HEAT oven to 350°F. Rub apples with butter; place in shallow baking dish.
  2. COMBINE mincemeat and pecans in medium bowl. Spoon into centers of apples, mounding any remaining mincemeat mixture on tops of apples. Sprinkle with granola.
  3. BAKE 35 to 45 minutes or until tender. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
