Mincemeat Baked Apples
6 medium Granny Smith apples, cored
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1 cup Crosse & Blackwell® Mincemeat Filling & Topping
or 1 cup Crosse & Blackwell® Rum & Brandy Mincemeat Filling & Topping
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup granola
Vanilla ice cream
- HEAT oven to 350°F. Rub apples with butter; place in shallow baking dish.
- COMBINE mincemeat and pecans in medium bowl. Spoon into centers of apples, mounding any remaining mincemeat mixture on tops of apples. Sprinkle with granola.
- BAKE 35 to 45 minutes or until tender. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
