Onion Wild Rice Quiche
1 prepared pie crust, unbaked
3/4 cup cooked wild rice
8 strips bacon, diced, cooked crisp
2 cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 jar Crosse & Blackwell® Cocktail Onions, (drained & chopped)
1 1/2 cups half and half
- HEAT oven to 375°F. Line 9-inch pie pan with crust and flute edges. Layer pie with rice, bacon and cheese.
- WHISK together eggs, onions and half and half in medium bowl. Pour egg mixture into pie shell.
- BAKE 40 minutes or until center is set.
- Try adding sliced fresh mushrooms before baking.
