Pocket Club Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 3 pita bread rounds, cut in half
  • 6 ounces ham, thinly sliced
  • 6 ounces provolone cheese slices
  • 6 ounces Cheddar cheese slices
  • 1 jar Crosse & Blackwell® Chow Chow Piccalilli Mustard & Pickle Relish
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 6 thin slices red onion
  • Assorted sprouts

Directions

  1. FILL each pita half with 1 ounce ham and 1 ounce of each cheese. Spread with chow chow and mayonnaise. Add red onion and sprouts. Serve immediately.
  2. For a vegetarian sandwich, omit the ham.
